Rosa Palafox-Torres, a maestra bilingüe with over 20 years of experience, is passionate about empowering educators and students. From her roots as a bilingual elementary teacher to roles as a curriculum coordinator and certified reading specialist, Rosa now serves as a national dual language consultant. Her mission? To craft culturally sustaining biliteracy curricula that meet the cognitive, linguistic, and affective needs of emergent bilingual students.
As a former emergent bilingual student, Rosa understands the joy and challenge of navigating two languages, driving her to create inclusive aulas where every student thrives.
As a TEA-approved CPE Provider, we offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for all sessions, complete with a certificate for documentation to support teacher certification renewal.
