2.1. All payments are due at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for full payment, regardless of continued use of the product.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

3.1. The Company accepts the payment methods indicated at checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe.

4. REFUND POLICY

5. TERMINATION

- Engages in disruptive behavior

- Fails to follow program guidelines

- Harasses the Company or other clients

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. All content and materials remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6.2. Clients may not copy, distribute, alter, sell, or exploit any content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

6.3. Educators may reference materials in their classrooms but may not share, distribute, or resell content in any form, including posting on Teachers Pay Teachers, Google Doc/Drive links or similar platforms. Violation of this policy may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. DISCLAIMER

7.1. Our digital products, webinars, and courses are for informational and educational purposes only. The Company makes no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.

7.2. The Company provides all services "as is" without warranties, express or implied.

7.3. This content is not intended as legal advice. Clients should comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to their profession and use of the materials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
